Who are you?
I am an arborist from Wisconsin. We at Arbsession, Inc. share your obsession with tree work and tree climbing. I know how good it feels to make a living doing something you love every day. Our mission is to have your items IN STOCK with FAST SHIPPING. We strive for customer loyalty! The Arbsession team knows we need to earn it first, and we are sure we will after you place that first order.
What makes Arbsession better?
The big arborist suppliers have poor customer service. They take weeks or even months to ship orders without an apology. Arbsession is the answer to this frustrating problem.
We are committed to having the best selection of tree care products in North America. Our focus is on keeping the items in stock and shipping your order quickly. Our team is committed to giving you the best shopping experience possible. We humbly ask for your support in our mission to change the tree world.
When can I expect my shipment to arrive and what is the cost?
Shipping is free for any purchase; excluding some odd shaped and heavy items. We work hard and ship like crazy Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Most of the packages we ship reach their destination within 2 business days.
- We also offer “pick up at warehouse” for local customers or customers that are passing through.
Do you ship international?
We would love to see our service reach all over the globe. Just email a list of items you are looking to purchase and we will take care of you. That email is email@example.com
If I order today when will my package ship?
If your order is submitted before 4 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, we almost always get it out the door the same day.
Please note certain Holidays or inclement weather may delay shipments
Do you offer corporate discounts?
I understand how hard it can be to run a tree care company and know that arborist supplies can add up. Our pricing is based on volume. If you’re interested, please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, simply fill out this sheet and mail it to the following address:

We do not accept returns after 60 days.
The following items may not be returned (with some exceptions): Items over 60 days old, special orders, close-out items, rope or cable sold by the foot, and custom spliced items.
Important: We cannot accept returns on used climbing gear and equipment. We carefully inspect returned products. Items that show wear may be returned to you or may be subject to a partial refund.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes. We offer a 7% discount with the coupon code #arbsessed and there is no limit to this coupon. Feel free to add that extra carabiner or rope you were thinking about. You will save on that too.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
You are invited to visit our warehouse in Wisconsin during business hours (7am-4pm (CST) M-F). We would love to see you! A small fraction of our products are on display, but we can pull any in-stock item(s) for you to look at.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Arbsession.com is managed by a team of skilled developers whose only goal is to keep the site up, running, and secure for ecommerce. Our payment portal is controlled by www.braintreepayments.com which is a PayPal service.
Will you match a lower price I find elsewhere?
Of course. Please call 920.347.4450 or e-mail email@example.com with the item details and where you found it for less. In most circumstances, we will permanently lower our retail price to match.
Sales and other special pricing are matched on a case-by-case basis.
