Arbsession Mechanical Advantage Tree Pulling Kit with ISC Components
This 5:1 mechanical advantage tree pulling kit features two ISC Double Pulleys, two ISC steel D Supersafe carabiners, one Samson Tenex 38" eye to eye rigging prusik and one Samson Tenex 18" rigging prusik loop made by the experts on the Arbsession splicing team.
This line tensioning system can be used to generate pulling power on rigging lines up to 1/2 inch. After locating a safe anchor, you can install the pulleys to produce five times the tension.
This system uses two prusiks: One holds tension between strides (after the blocks come together) while the other is adjusted longer to pull again. The ISC RP064 pulleys can be installed mid-line to produce anywhere from 2:1 up to 5:1 mechanical advantage.
