Auger Bits for Tree Support Systems
Made in the USA, these fast and productive Eliminator augers have wide flutes for fast chip removal and a screw-tip to assist the user in boring fast, clean holes.
They work best when used with a 1/2" gas-powered auger drill or the Makita 36V LXT® Brushless 1/2" Right Angle Drill.
The patented Eliminator comes equipped with a standard general purpose lead screw, a carbide cutter, a hardened steel cutting spur, and a single hollow flute body milled from a single piece of alloy steel for strength. This combination allow the Eliminator to bore holes in all types of wood quickly and easily while leaving little or no residue producing a clean smooth hole. The Eliminator is self feeding and requires less torque. It can be used with electric or gasoline powered drill motors and can be resharpened.

9/16" x 8" Bit (5" flute length) for use with 5/8" Lags
9/16" x 18" Bit (15" flute length) for use with 5/8" Lags, 1/2" Eye Bolts, 1/2" Rod
9/16" x 24" Bit (21" flute length) for use with 5/8" Lags, 1/2" Eye Bolts, 1/2" Rod
