Singing Tree OG Rope Runner Baby Bump Friction Plate
This replacement friction plate for the Singing Tree OG Rope Runner features a 1/8" bump on the main friction plate between the two most concentrated friction points. The Baby Bump provides more friction in the bottom section of the Rope Runner, requiring less pressure to disengage the bird section, giving you a smoother, more controlled descent. Made in the USA by Kris Kirk and family at CMI.

The Baby Bump concept was brought to life with the help of Jonathan Bantle of Wisconsin (who drew the inspiration from his pregnant wife).
The Baby Bump gives your Rope Runner a more "broken in" feel, especially when using a brand new rope or Rope Runner.
For smooth limb walks, keep the tail of the rope below the Rope Runner. If the tail of the rope is above the Rope Runner, it can push the pulley up to the top of the bump, causing a pinch point. This may cause you to get stuck, and when released the Rope Runner may jump a length of rope.
