The Arbortec Breatheflex Pro Realtree Chainsaw Pants represent a cutting-edge blend of safety and style. The collaboration with Realtree® to introduce the pioneering Realtree pants marks a significant advancement in chainsaw pants technology. These pants are designed to meet the needs of both professional arborists and occasional chainsaw users, featuring the distinctive Realtree Edge design. This range provides a flexible and innovative choice for individuals seeking a lifestyle-oriented design, such as those working in agriculture.
The Breatheflex Pro Realtree® collection shares the same features as the existing Breatheflex Pro range. This innovation became possible through Arbortec's in-house manufacturing capabilities.
• Adjustable waistband for a personalized fit.
• Kidney pad on the back of trousers designed for braces.
• Elasticated hooks at the trouser base to secure them to boot laces.
• YKK Zips on all pockets featuring taped seams for added durability.
• Black Arbortec logos seamlessly integrated throughout the design.


Design Meaning:
- Design A: Provides frontal protection with coverage extending 5 cm to the back. Suitable for professional loggers engaged in standard forest harvesting, who are well-trained and follow strict safety protocols.
- Design A Plus: Enhances the standard Design A by adding calf protection to the back half of the leg, offering 180° protection.
- Design C: Offers full leg protection, ensuring comprehensive safety for more demanding forestry and arborist tasks.

Protective coverage is to the front only.
Where applicable, design A leg protectors intended for users of left-handed chainsaws additionally include the 50 mm-wide strips, as specified and shown on the rear right-hand side of each leg. This design supports the use of left-handed chainsaws.

Design A Plus
This is a special Arbortec type which comprises of design A protection PLUS: rear leg protection from ankle to knee.

Protective coverage is to the front and rear of the leg.
Offers full leg protection, ensuring comprehensive safety for more demanding forestry and arborist tasks.

Class Meaning:
- Class 1 - Protection against chainsaw speeds up to 20 m/s
- Class 2 - Protection against chainsaw speeds up to 24 m/s
- Class 3 - Protection against chainsaw speeds up to 28 m/s
UL Rating Meaning:
Chainsaw trousers sold in North America must comply with UL certification standards-ASTM F1897-20 for the United States and ASTM F3325-20 for Canada. These define the level and placement of leg protection, with variations between the two countries.
In the USA, UL-certified trousers provide frontal protection with partial side coverage and are available in two design options. In Canada, the standard includes four design classes, offering broader and more specific protection.
