Arbpro Climbtech Gamma Chainsaw Pants in Black
Arbpro Climbtech Gamma chainsaw pants are designed for arborists. The 6-layer Gamma chainsaw protection Pants, class 1, Type A, are perfect for anyone working with a chainsaw in the tree who does not want to compromise on freedom of movement or comfort.
The upper section is made of a robust 4-way stretch fabric that offers maximum flexibility while being exceptionally tough and durable. From the knee to the ankle, an additional abrasion and tear-resistant material protects the zones most exposed to bark and rope wear. This makes the pants equally suitable for ground work. The removable gaiters can be securely fastened to the laces using outward-curved hooks, ensuring the pants stay in place even while climbing.

They don't fit like the picture.
The small pants are too long. The knee protection sits a couple inch to low for proper protection. Not sized well. Only order small if your 5"10 150 lbs to 170 lbs is more accurate. XS for 5'9 140 lbs to 155 lbs is is still too long
Meh
There’s a lot going on with these pants. First off… as a shorter guy (5’2”) the 31” inseam even on an XS is ridiculous. There should be a shorter inseam available for smaller sizes. Second, between the removable gaiters and the chainsaw protection under an already tight fitting pant, it’s a bit constrictive. Other than that… great quality, and construction, along with well thought out pockets and wear resistant fabrics in all the right spots.
