The only adjustment that is available is there are two cam options. One for wire core ropes and one for standard ropes. The ART Positioner allows a rope diameter range of 11mm to 13mm.
Worth every penny.
No setback. Smooth release, even under load. Replaceable cam. Once I tried it, I have never looked back. I don't ever think about it, and that's a good thing for a lanyard.
Effective but fragile
The positioner handle broke off after a few months of use.
Smoove
Super smooth tending, eases stress on my elbows. When fully weighted it doesn't let out as smooth and controllable as your classic prusik but it makes up for it in the effortless tending.
Life Changer
Probably the single best piece of equipment I have bought myself. Really great, especially on the spar. Pairs nicely with a double locking snap. Also helped me to eliminate a lot of shoulder pain from adjusting lanyard.

Best Adjuster out there. Very compact and small learning curve. The ART Positioner is sensitive but you get used to it. Adjustable under any load. Rated to be used as a SRS positioning system. Highly recommend the swivel version. Have replaced the clutch on mine 3 times now. Still going strong

Best $180 I've spent
This thing was a total game changer. Previously I was using a VT and micro pulley. I will never go back, the ART Positioner has made my life so much easier, increased production and efficiency.
well thought out tool
Worst first - this thing isn't quite as nice as a good hitch when releasing under load. There is technique required (grabbing rope to add friction while releasing) and sometimes my gloves can get sucked in. Its easy to "jump" into gear like a rough transmission- that said, technique can overcome this touchiness. Its just not as mindless as releasing on a nice hitch. The good - wow, the ART Positioner can tend slack just by looking at it. It is unbelievable how effortless it is to tend slack. The immediate and powerful grab feels so good when snugging up. Might not be for everyone but I'm in love.
My favorite Lanyard set up
This thing is brilliant. I like the ART Positioner more than the petzl zillon. Its not quite as smooth, but pretty close. The major benefit is that it doesnt accidentally get triggered as easily and the parts are replaceable when they wear. Also its midline attachable which is nice if you want lanayards with eyes instead of knots.
Smooth is a understatement
The tending abilities are like no other! The ART Positioner is quick to the touch on under a load so keep that in mind. I bought 2 of them. DONT forget to install something to stop it from side loading the carabiner.
SICK...get it
Very compact, runs smooth in and out. The ART Positioner is great to hook to your saddles paws to get off your hips.
Butter smooth
I've used prussik w/ pulley and rope grabs for my laynard adjuster before and the art swivel positioner blows them both out of the water. The swivel means you always have the right grab on it. And the ART Positioner pays out slack under load like a dream.
Great piece of gear...
Got sick of having to work my lanyard's prusik loose after putting my full weight into it, so I thought I'd give this ART Positioner a try. So simple, yet so effective... it is a game changer!. packaged well and delivered quickly!
Swivel is worth it
I own both. The swivel on the ART Positioner makes tending and rope management much easier. Runs smoother on larger ropes.
