Teufelberger Braided Safety Blue White 1/2" Climbing Rope
Braided Safety Blue from Teufelberger is the trendsetter among 16-strand climbing ropes. This rope for tree care is certified to the standard ANSI Z133-2012. Braided Safety Blue is equipped with a blue safety core of polyamide. This core is exposed only when the rope is seriously damaged or has worn down to the point where it must be discarded. The visibility of the blue core indicates that you should exchange the climbing rope.

Favorite 16 Strand
Very excellent double rope and Blake’s hitch line. Feels smaller than Samson 16 strands and quite soft and knottable. There’s just something nice about the plain white too. Easy to splice and great for rigging too.
Quality, simple rope.
I have this Teufelberger Braided Safety Blue rope for when I don’t want to use a bright colored arborist line. It’s a great line.
Good rope
This is a good rope for beginner climbers. It’s great for MRS, easy to inspect and clean, works well with different climbing setups. Teufelberger Braided Safety Blue can also be good for rigging. The blue core makes it easy to identify damage to the rope.
