This simple high density plastic device from Buckingham attaches to a Petzl William or similar HMS carabiner and enables you to smoothly slide across wide webbing bridges. It works much better than the sliding D rings that come on the saddles themselves, and it limits the fray of the strap.

Smooth sailing
Depending on what type of bridge you are currently using, I’ve used this piece of equipment on a Weaver Cougar bridge and it rolled pretty smooth. It distributed your weight a bit more then say a ring on bridge
