- New swivel bottom material is cut from an aluminum that is 25% harder than the old alloy
- Fits both rope and webbing style bridges, even with a spliced eye
- Connection holes are large enough to facilitate up to a 1/2" rope for direct connection
- Middle attachment can fit most carabiner gates through it for easy rotation
- The use of the Globe 3000 is strongly discouraged as it may cause premature wear to the bottom of the swivel
- Replace when lower half of swivel shows significant signs of wear.

Any rope or webbing bridge can be used up to a 1/2" capacity. It is discouraged to use Globe 3000 as it may cause premature wear. Overall you shouldn't have issues if you keep the bridge cordage clean and free of dirt and debris.
The opening would be large enough for two 12.7mm ropes. I would be cautious as you want to make sure they avoid contact with each other.

Primary bridge attachment point. Have used for several years and still in good repair. Rarely use the secondary holes but they are extremely helpful when I do. Having such a robust body is nice as the lifespan is very long. And this new version says the aluminum is even harder wearing.
