Cobra Dynamic Bracing System Synthetic 8 Ton Cable

8 Ton Cobra rope is braided from polypropylene monofilaments into a 28 mm diameter hollow rope and has a breaking strength of 10.9 tons. The 12-strand braid of 3 yarns allows for easy insertion of spreader straps and shock absorbers. Creating the quick splice is equally effortless with no tools required. The system has an initial breaking strength of 10 tons.

8 Ton Cobra rope has an elongation at break of 17% and an elongation in use of 3% to 9%.

The polypropylene monofilaments are exceptionally resistant to environmental influences and therefore have first-class durability.  They lose 2 to 3% of their breaking strength per year of use. This makes your 8 Ton Cobra system exceptionally long-lasting and capable of reliably protecting a tree from damage for 8 years.
