The Courant Ellipse Webbing Slings are made from heavy wear resistant and anti-UV treated webbing. These slings enable the creation of a reliable anchor point. The two surfaces have different colors to alert the user to any twisting of the sling in use.

Great Wearing Sling
I use this 150cm red sling girth hitched to two large rated steel rings as a crane anchor. The Polyester construction provides more durability to abrasion & UV degradation than nylon. I girth hitch the whole thing through a solid hole or shackle on the crane cable/ball/hook assembly. It’s a good length as it anchors just above the ball, and hangs just below the hook. It stows small, and s not expensive to retire, when it shows some wear. I just added a chaff sleeve, but it’s held up to a handful of crane jobs so far.
