Can the DMM Grommet be used to properly secure the ART Positioner 2 in place on a DMM carabiner?

These specific grommets are used inside the Hitchclimber / Triple Attachment Pulley. For the positioner to stay in place on a carabiner you could either use a carabiner with a captive bar or you could use the DMM Wallis 5 pack or Kong Fast Rubber
