DMM Gyro Twin Pulley
Details
- The becket on the DMM Gyro Twin is strength rated, and increases attachment options for greater versatility in rigging.
- Prusik minding side plates allow progress capture when used in hauling systems
- The Gyro Twin's design minimises system height for efficient and easily managed rigging that is compatible with environments where space is at a premium.
- Roller bearings are highly efficient, reducing friction and making movement and control of loads easier
- The pulleys side plates are angled away from the sheave, giving a reduced bend radius and increasing efficiency if the ropes run over them.
- The pulley body is hot forged to reduce the number of edges on the pulley. This reduces the amount of wear ropes experience when they run over the pulley body.

Smooth versatility
I use these for non-retrievable MRS redirects, set-of-fours, and inside nine pulls for especially hairy loads. They load and unload easily. Bottom becket is super solid. They tend prusiks for progress capture. I use them more than my Pinto
Just awesome.
I bought a pair of these to setup a quick deploy "set of fours" for mechanical advantage and hauling. They work amazing. The pulleys are small enough that the system is compact, but big enough that they're very smooth under load. As with most DMM products I have, these Gyro Twin pulleys feel robust, have no slop in the moving parts and give me the confidence that they'll do everything I need.
