I love this carabiner for my life line keeping your pulley or mechanical set up close decreasing the amount of energy it takes too reach your equipment I won’t ever go back to a normal size carabiner I would 110% give the DMM PerfectO a try

The best carabiner in a smaller package, I use the PerfectO on with my hitch climber setup to keep my splice/termination knot away from my hitch.

These are perfect if you have smaller hands or need to shorten your system to keep your hitch from contact, I prefer to use the perfectO any chance I can. DMM quality is the best, I've never had any issues with them. 10/10 would recommend.

Worth having a few of these
The DMM PerfectO has a shorter length than any other oval carabiner. I have a few of these even though I'm a petzl fan.
Holy Grail
I don't think I will ever need to go with any other brand carabiner. DMM for life. The DMM PerfectO carabiner is literally the perfect size for my hitch climber setup, keeps everything tight and concise.
Perfect size
I have smaller hands, so this PerfectO biner is perfect for basically anything that will need to be manipulated while climbing... I.e. Lanyard, advancing your climb line on DRT, etc. Can't beat that DMM quality either. .
Small and mighty
Great on my lanyard and works with double rope but DMM PerfectO carabiner's small gate opening makes it hard to be efficient in some situations.
Perfect little carabiner
This carabiner is too small for the rope runner to function properly, but I bet it's perfect with the akimbo. The DMM PerfectO carabiner can shorten you system by about half an inch, which paired with a smaller bridge ring can make a huge difference.
