Edelrid Knee Cruiser Ascender
The combination of the Edelrid Chest Cruiser and an Edelrid Pro Step produces their Knee Cruiser knee ascender for ergonomic rope climbs. This is specially designed for use with single rope techniques, e.g. with the TreeRex Bungee Chest with an elasticated cord for hauling the ascender. The orientation of the connection points on the Chest Cruiser ensures that the rope can run through without resistance.

Paired this with the edelrid foot cruiser and it is the smoothest rope walking set up Ive used. The lock keeps the rope inline for effortless movement less pull on the bungee.

Before I bought this, I had a DIY setup and it worked alright. Buying this was a huge step up from my original setup. Just being able to adjust the height of it is very useful. The chest cruiser grips my rope very well, it doesn't show signs of letting up.
