It keeps the device in position while you place and adjust the system’s strap around the tree. It can be used with all the FTC friction devices such as the MICRO-CYLINDRE, MINI-CYLINDRE and TRANSFORMEUR. This clever device can also be used to help install other lower devices including the Stein RC devices.
