Great saw, chain gets stuck sometimes
It runs well and the batteries last longer than I expected. Love how this thing cuts. The biggest issue I have with it is that sometimes debris can get stuck in it so that it won't run unless I take the faceplate off and clean it out, even though I clean it daily, kind of a pain when up in the tree. Could be user error, but I've never had this problem with any other saw in my life.
a smile every time you use it
My family and I manage a small property with some woods. We're not pros and would rather be enjoying the land than working all the time. That said, work always needs doing and this little powerhouse is easy to grab for a lot of jobs and it puts a smile on your face every time you use it. Fast and efficient cuts save a lot of time. Light weight. Batteries last impressively long and charge quickly. Can't say enough good things about this one.
Two stroke lover secretly loves electric saw
I have run the echo and stihl alternatives and they don’t compare. Mostly in the user interface/controls and amp load shutoff but ergonomics and battery life. The battery repair kit minimizes the issue with the insert tabs breaking on the batteries. Just be nice to the batteries and life is good.
Best Climbing Saw I Have EVER USED!
So I have been a hardcore Stihl guy for 5 years now. I recently have switched to Husqvarna for several reasons but the main reason being this thing! The electric saw game I was skeptic about honestly until I actually tried it. The ease of using this T540iXP chainsaw as well as not having to start a saw in the tree all the time. It is amazing. The batteries last longer than any other batteries of electric saws I have tried. I would highly recommend this saw to anyone who does alot of climbing and comfort and reliability are important factors to you!!
