Jail Brake 5 Rung Lowering Device
Jail Brake is the newest technology for the arborist market to lower heavy limbs and logs with the most precise control. Quicker and easier to use than anything else out there. Won't twist or burn up your ropes. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
The Jail Brake 5 Rung model offers the same punch as its big brother, but in a smaller package. It will hold up to some big drops and bring them down smooth. All the same benefits of the 7 Rung version, but with a slightly lighter WLL due to the limited number of wraps you can fit on it. Rated for up to 3/4" rope and 1500lbs WLL. Save your rope, lower smoother and easier than you ever have and stay safer with a 100% visible rope pathway on the front of the device
- Exact powder coat color will vary. We are currently shipping in BLACK.

Dare I say better than the portawrap
My favorite thing about this is how smooth you can get pieces to run. You can let it run much more consistently than a portawrap in my opinion. Those lighter loads that seem to be too light for the lowest friction on the porta wrap can be run smooth on the Jail break.
