How do I return an item?

For orders for the United States:

Simply fill out this form and mail it with the item(s) you wish to return to the following address:

We do not accept returns after 60 days. 

The following items may not be returned (with some exceptions): Items over 60 days old, special orders, close-out items, rope or cable sold by the foot, and custom spliced items.

Important: We cannot accept returns on used climbing gear and equipment. We carefully inspect returned products. Items that show wear may be returned to you or may be subject to a partial refund.

Orders that are returned that qualified for a free promo item would also need to be returned to get a full refund. If the promo item is not returned with the item we will either refund less the free promo retail value or refund via a store credit.
