Perfect for the winch
I slapped in on the winch instead of a carabiner or a hook. It cinches down well and I'm not worried about side loading at all. Really easy to put on and undo! Just don't chip it and you'll be fine

Great when you are working with ground guys who dont know how to untie a bowlin. But i dont think its faster than tieing a knot and its hard to take up slack one handed.
