Great little tool to have
I use for chocking canopy anchors, im sure i will find other uses as well, 4 stars because the sharper edges compared to the newer CE version or the milled version, will def spring for the updated version next time. still very satisfied with my purchase
My Go to for Base Anchors
Anytime I base anchor I use this thing. Super small and lightweight, fast to set up, and no knots required. You just have to watch out for side loading the slick pin and pushing it into the tree, but otherwise it's pretty fool-proof. I like the peace of mind not having to worry about side loading a regular carabiner or having the gate accidentally come open.
Very useful
The notch quickie is much smaller and lighter than a carabiner despite being really strong. Its useful in a lot of situations too.
So Useful
I have to say at first I really didn't see a reason to purchase this device. After getting it I very quickly realized it is useful for so many things. Base Ties, Choke Points while chunking down the spar, Tie In Points when running SRT as well as many many others! The Notch Quickie is very versatile and worth every penny! Must have item to be on the saddle!

This is great as a choke setup for spar work. The Notch Quickie can be used for your rope wrench tether in your hitch climber in SRT. and Anything else you can think up.
Youll never regret buying these
Quickies are super handy and versatile. I use them mostly with canopy anchors, but I have found many other uses. You are really only limited by your imagination here. Notch Quickies are much better and safer than carabiners in anchor application because of side loading capabilities.

I use my multiple that I own solely for base anchors and wouldn’t have it any other way. The Notch Quickie is fast, affordable and efficient.

I first bought this for a basal actor setup, and quickly started using it for redirects, and canopy anchors. I now have 3 Notch Quickies and still find myself feeling like I need more.

many uses such as for a MACA. doesn't side load but be careful to have the pin face away from the tree. If you don't have a Notch Quickie I highly recommend it.

Makes basal and canopy ties a breeze. Redirect DONE!!!! Just hand over your money buy 3-4 Notch Quickies. You’ll wish you bought 5-6 so many uses.
Must have, will order more
I can't believe I waited so long to order this piece of kit. The Notch Quickie is beefier than the pics make it look. I used to have a few extra carabiners clipped to my belt, but this item is my new go to for random climb line redirects and clips where a lower profile than a traditional carabiner is desired. I do need to take off my gloves to open the pin.

The notch quickie is a must have. From canopy/basal anchors to bridges its just plain useful, and its ease of use makes it a no Brainer. Its greatest asset is it can be side loaded.

It's small but the Notch Quickie helps solve big problems when worried about side loading a carabiner. I use it for canopy and base anchors. Very useful if you use your imagination!

This is another awesome notch product and sold by my favorite company, Arbsession! Super handy especially for SRT anchors, but also versatile enough to use for loads of other applications. The fact side loading is not an issue and the Notch Quickie can be connected so easy is the main benefit i see to this device.

The Notch Quickie is a great little piece of equipment to have. Small and compact, great for canopy anchors with alpine butterfly srt, can’t go wrong to have one
Versatile and compact, safe connector
I love how solid and simple the Notch Quickie is. They make great connectors for setting a canopy or basal anchor for climbing, and good for connecting a stiff tether with a Rope Wrench to a triple attachment pulley, adding to a chainsaw lanyard to hang on a harness, or other quick and easy connections.
Must for SRS
I love having the quickie for SRS canopy anchor. Makes retrievable so much easier and less of a hassle. Also no worry of side loading a carabiners.
