These durable, comfortable Cadillac pads are made by Opsal Steel in British Columbia. They are cast aluminum which provides a ton of support while still being light weight. The foam padding provides the comfort you need and are replaceable, however they are very durable!

Game changer
This is a great way to take a cheaper/basic set of spikes and really get the most out of them if you are climbing on a set of buck steels or anything with a soft pad I would recommend these.
Oldie but a goodie
The cast aluminum doesn’t seem like it will ever bread with normal use. Replacement pads means these will last forever. Only pads I’ve ever had and have never been uncomfortable. Let several others borrow them and received reports back that they have been more comfortable that the distels and geckos.

The Opsal Aluminum Climber Pads are great. The fact that you can buy replacement pads is also a huge plus. These pads are built to last.
Best Pads
Ahhhhh…. The Cadillac of spur pads. I’ve tried a few different kinds of pads, and the Opsal aluminum pads are hands down the most comfortable. I’ve had them for 5 years now, and the foam still feels like the day I unboxed them.
