Designed for rope access technicians, the ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber must be used in combination with an ASAP LOCK or ASAP mobile fall arrester. It allows you to work at a distance from the rope in order to protect it during certain work phases. Equipped with tear-webbing inside a pouch that opens and can be replaced, the absorber is protected from abrasion. It can be used in two-person rescue situations for a load weighing up to 551 lbs (250 kg).
