Great question... the Captiv is compatible with OK, Am’D, WILLIAM, OXAN, VULCAN, Bm'D carabiners and the ROLLCLIP A pulley carabiner.
Just to make sure I did try to install it and it will not work.
Simple solution
I keep them on my lanyard and climbing device to prevent rotation of the carbine. Simple and cheap solution!
2 Years On a Zigzag Plus and counting
My zigzag plus has a swivel which allows a carabiner to rotate and need attention….until you clamp on a Captiv…..this hard plastic keeper attaches with a small screw, and has survived two years of production tree climibng on the same Petzl carabiner.
Worth it
There's a few spots on my kit that I never need to take a carabiner off and don't want to risk side loading. I have 4 of the Petzl Captiv and love em.
