It has a unique patent pending deploy mechanism that allows it to be mounted in an out of the way location (on a harness, tool belt, or hydration pack). And still be accessed FAST in an emergency by simply pulling the deploy tab.

Invest in yourself and buy it. Best paired with the Audax suspenders in my opinion. Well built and well thought out.
