So as stated this little pulley has 1,001 uses from redirects to miniature snatch block or a handy 3:1 component etc. I personally use it primarily for my saddle attached lowering apparatus, mainly sending down my limb saw to have it replaced with a larger bar version. This allows my ground guys to suffer the burden of pulling it up to me, the swivel aspect makes it work so much better than a static mount micro pulley. I also run my climbing line through it when spurs climbing to keep my rope from being gaffed, picture your rope and prusik I front of you while the tail trails off to your side. On my Tree Rex 2.0 I keep it permanently attached to my left leg cuff, there's a particularly robust attachment point on the leg and it's nice and out of the way yet accessible.
