DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply only as directed.
Fe 8%® is formulated for soil or foliar application. It is designed to supplement all fertilizer programs, and can be applied through injection and drip irrigation, fertigation, or sprayer system. Low moisture conditions may limit nutrient uptake, so a minimum dilution of 1:30 in water is recommended. Maximum dilution should not exceed 1:600.
Compatibility:Fe 8%® is tank mix compatible with most soluble fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides. However, tank mixing with materials of pH greater than 10.0 or alkaline solutions containing orthophosphate (PO4) is not recommended. As with all chemicals, read all labels for compatibility verification and, if practical, test a small area prior to extensive use with other chemicals. If in doubt, call 800-233-1067 with questions.
Buffering capacity: Fe 8%® is an effective agent for reducing the pH of highly alkaline water. Alkaline water (pH greater than 7.0) can degrade certain types of pesticides, especially organophosphates, and reduce their effectiveness. Fe 8%® can be used to buffer tank mix to a range between 6.0 and 7.0.
CHELATING CAPACITY
Fe 8%® carries additional chelating capacity, and can be utilized as a building block to chelate more complex micronutrient mixturescontaining elements such as manganese and zinc.
