Rope Sleeve by Dan house is a Friction Saver for arborist ropes. Protect your rope from bark, water, ice, and snow. It is very simple to remove and install from the ground with a simple stopper knot. Installs into a branch as small as 6" diameter.
This device is built out of a flexible conduit with a protected ferrule on each end. The units are taped to ensure proper setting and promote longer wear life.
