Lightweight saw
The Silky GOMTARO PRO-SENTEI is a good lightweight saw but sometimes the blade can bend which is annoying, other than that it is great.
Good idea but ive had issues
Awesome for cutting quality. To utilize the larger and finer teeth up in a tree is great so you get the best cuts possible. Ive had 2 of these in the past year or so. Both have had the blade snap in the same spot. The blade is so thin it bends and eventually fatigues the metal or binds and snaps. Both broke where the large and fine teeth meet. Silky GOMTARO PRO-SENTEI
Silky does it again
Having dual teeth on a hand saw (especially one that’s available in a shorter length) is great. Being able to cut small/medium branches and suckers and sprouts without ripping them off is a game changer.
Climber friendly with a scabbard
Great light weight hand saw for climbers
Perfect fine pruning saw
Love this Silky Gomtaro Pro-sentei saw for fine pruning climbs or just any fine pruning. Being able to cut big stuff and little stuff with one tool feels really convenient.
Favorite Pruning Tool
This is the first handsaw I ever purchased and I recommend it to everyone, from first timers to people who’ve been pruning for a long time, the small teeth on the front portion of the blade are perfect for super tiny suckers. The larger teeth cut just as well as the larger Zubat saw with a wonderfully clean finish. Only down side is that the Silky Gomtaro Pro-Sentei is so sharp it will tear, puncture, cut, rip, or generally destroy anything the teeth come into contact with, especially ropes and fingers.
