The Silky Tsurugi 300mm Large Teeth Hand Saw is a full-tang blade hand saw that is incredibly light but delivers unmatched cutting performance. Designed with a much more aggressive blade than most other hand saws, the Tsurugi can easily fit into tight crotches without damage to opposing limbs due to its slender frame, and the Silky impulse-hardened, chrome plated teeth stay sharp longer than any other brand of saw. The comfortable 2-part rubber grip is curved to provide the optimal grip for arborists, allows for easy blade swapping between different tooth sizes.

I have this Silky Tsurugi 300mm saw in medium tooth and it is my go to for pruning work. The narrow profile allows me to do pruning cuts that no other saw can pull off. It really gives precise control and nice clean cuts.
Ultimate Handsaw
I'm not a fan of curved handsaws...despite their aggressive cut, they struggle in larger wood, and they can't cleanly finish a back cut on a notched stem, so I've always been a fan of straight blades. In that world, the Silky Tsurugi is king. The blade is wicked sharp, the scabbard is very durable, and the rollers are still holding up after two years of daily use.
