Silky Tsurugi Curve 330mm Large Teeth Hand Saw
The Silky Tsurugi Curved 330mm Large Teeth Hand Saw takes the unique Tsurugi design and tweaks the blade shape for a more aggressive cut when reaching above shoulder height. The Tsurugi’s slim blade can easily fit into tight crotches without damage to opposing limbs due to its slender frame, and the Silky impulse-hardened, chrome plated teeth stay sharp longer than any other brand of saw. The comfortable 2-part rubber grip is curved to provide the optimal grip for arborists, and blade swapping between different tooth sizes.

My favorite handsaw
This Silky TSURUGI CURVE 330mm Large Teeth handsaw rules. Pro tip: If you like to strap your handsaw to your leg with the Sawpod leg mount that won't work on this scabbard. But a 330mm Tsurugi fits securely in a 330mm Zubat scabbard which is compatible with the Sawpod.
Perfect
At first the Silky Tsurugi Curve was a little wiggly because the Zubat is so much thicker. But after getting used to it, I'll never use another saw. Narrow profile for tight unions, light weight, and super sharp.
Go to hand saw
Great size. Love how narrow the Silky Tsurugi Curve is, makes good quality pruning much easier to accomplish. Blades are super easy to swap, but it still is extremely sturdy. Think I will have to get a straight bladed tsurgi as well
My go to hand saw
Very sharp. Like the manual says don’t need much force to use the Silky Tsurugi Curve. Once I learned that it’s helped a lot. Real easy to change out with a new blade too. Idea for you Comp people. When you need a new blade grind the teeth off and then it’s a Comp saw. With as easy as the blades change out your set no more messing with electrics tape.
Favorite handsaw
I love this saw. It can fit just about anywhere to make that perfect cut and 330 has proved to be a good length for the year and a half that I have used it. I'm on my third Silky Tsurugi Curve blade now, so it seems I tend to swap out every six months.
So smooth!
Bought this silky after looking at a few other saws, decided to just pull the trigger. Let me say I'm so glad I did. The saw is so smooth and it is very comfortable in my hand. With the blade being the slim size it is, it makes getting into tight unions a breeze. If you are on the fence about buying a Silky like this one, just do it! You wont be disappointed.
