Teufelberger Way Up Light Climbing Pants
The Teufelberger Way Up light climbing pants are great for recreational climbing, standard daily work or competing. The hundreds of micro-perforations in the fabric provide exceptional breathability and will guarantee you moments of freshness even during the hottest days. Lightweight does not mean fragile, the choice of a Cordura/Spandex fabric guarantees a very high abrasion and tear resistance, which is reinforced at the calf and lower leg by the use of a Kevlar/Nylon/Spandex mixed fabric.
These tree climbing pants have a lot of important features, such as the hook to hold the bottom of the trousers properly to your shoe. Or the system to adjust the width of the trousers at the ankle, or even the presence of a silicone print on the inside of the belt to prevent the trousers from slipping. Stretch Speed Access
Teufelberger Way Up Light are incredible for climbing/ tree work overall 4 way stretch and abrasion resistant cordura material. I wear them every day for operation they are a bit slim fitting and have to get used to the pocket with keeping you cellular in the side pocket, but makes a lot of sense when you are in harness for access.
Good pants
Right out of the box these Teufelberger Way Up Light Pants were super comfy. I ordered the XL and typically wear a 34-36 waist pants depending on the brand and wear a size Large in cloggers. 6' 2" and 220lbs these pants fit just right. The fabric is super stretchy and breathable albeit thin so I'm not sure how they'll hold up to dragging brush on the ground but for climbing they're awesome. Two complaints: top pockets are shallow and are pretty much only good to hold keys and the other complaint is that the grey abrasion resistant fabric on the lower legs isn't as heavy duty or stiff as I was expecting. The fabric is very stretchy just like the rest of the pants and my concern is that it'll snag more readily on small twigs or the chain from my saw when climbing. Only time will tell. Overall first impressions are very good.

I do like these Teufelberger Way Up pants. Complaints are that the sizings are tight in the legs and that the 2 top pockets are pretty small. The thigh pockets are awesome. The fabric is very breatheable and lightweight.
