Teufelberger tREX 3/8" Hollow Braid
Teufelberger tREX is a low-stretch hollow braid rope consisting of 12 strands. Thus, it is specifically designed for use as a standard rigging line, soft eye sling, or loopie.
This hi-vis rigging line is easy to splice while maintaining a supple feel and excellent abrasion resistance. tREX’s distinguishing features include its color design: each hi-vis strand is solution-dyed to prevent loss of color throughout use. Furthermore, Teufelberger tREX is wax coated, which keeps it from getting rough fast, prevents the 'snagging' typically encountered with such ropes and also increases the rope’s service life significantly.

You cannot go wrong with Teufelberger tREX. I’ve spliced all 5 sizes and I love the texture of this product. I did find that the 7/8 does snag on almost everything and pulls strands but is probably the easiest to milk back. Put your mind at ease and give tREX a test rig. Fits Arbsession rings very well.

we use Teufelberger tREX with our Rock Exotica Omni block 2.0. Plenty strong enough for this size pulley
Perfect for ultra slings (pocketSLINGs).
I used this to make an 1/2" ultra sling (pocketSLING). I normally use Samson Tenex Tec but decided to give this one a shot. I was not disappointed. Teufelberger tREX is very high quality and durability and easy to splice.
Amazing Rope, Amazing Service!
I have experience ordering & splicing an ample quantity of the 3/4" and 7/8" Teufelberger T-Rex and it is SO much nicer than Sampson Tenex Tec. It is easier to splice, easier to work with and is MUCH more durable when coming into regular contact with tree bark. I believe that arbsession.com has the best prices available on this rope and their Elevation Canada Rigging Thimbles are an excellent compliment to the T-Rex.

T-Rex is one of the best hollow braids I've used. I'm slowly replacing all of my slings with Teufelberger T-Rex. It's got great colors that don't fade. It doesn't pull very easily, and it's great in hand. Easy to splice as well. All around bomb-proof rope!
