Weaver Bungee Chainsaw Lanyard
This bungee chainsaw lanyard from Weaver is designed to easily stretch when you’re using the chainsaw, and retract when hanging close to your saddle or belt. Made in Ohio, USA.
It features 1 inch wide double box-stitched nylon webbing with 3/4 inch elastic. It easily adjusts by attaching the ring to your tree climbing saddle. The heat-sealed ends help prevent fraying and a half twist in the loop end helps keep equipment hanging straight.

Affordable but makes me uneasy
I dropped a saw out of the tree because I trusted the snap and it wasn't closed properly. Now I use a twist lock carabiner and it works great! In retrospect, I would have just gotten one that has a better lock mechanism so I can be more confident that it won't come undone at a crucial moment.
