The enhanced extra wide back pad extends further forward on hips, giving you amazing comfort and support. The 4 inch wide leg pads and extra wide 7 inch back are constructed from memory foam that conforms to the back, reduces pressure points, wicks away moisture and does not retain heat for cool, comfortable performance.

Based on the size chart in the details section I would recommend the size small harness.
Great value
This is one of the best values in a harness... I've wore out one of these and one of the premium Weaver saddles very durable bridge but pretty simple and perfect for a beginner to not be turned away from climbing by the old 4 D saddles!
Great saddle
This is my first saddle. I've been climbing in the Weaver Cougar for over a year now. It is very comfortable and I can stay in the tree for hours with it. The bridge works well. It gives you some unimpeded twisting movement. Gear storage is good and I was able to put a Camp Kilo for my saw on one side and a Lanyard K1 Keeper on the other. Beyond that you really can't put much else on the saddle. For a first saddle I'm very happy in the choice I made.

Hands down my favorite harness!! My Weaver Cougar has been beat on for the past 4 years and still going strong! I recommend it to anyone.
Alright saddle
A big upgrade from my Buckingham 4-D saddle, lots comfier but you'll need to adjust several times to find the sweet spot to keep the tenders from getting pinched. The bridge on the Weaver Cougar saddle helps a lot when working to the side instead of shifting your whole saddle.

Very comfortable saddle for recreational climbing and work. Easy to adjust leg straps and waist buckle. Of all the saddles I have tried out the Weaver Cougar is definitely my number 1 for an all around saddle.
