This thing works great! I have cleaned up a few gnarly bars with badly rolled edges. It's really nice removing those, they are sharp and painful! It also levels unevenly worn rails really well, just be patient making lots of gentle pulls and pushes until both rails are filed evenly. These files make easy work of the hardened steel, it surprised me at the amount of curly wads of steel it removed. Rough bars take about 20 minutes, worn bars take about 5 minutes to clean up.
