Can you fit these onto edelrid talons?

This will not fit the talons unless you do a little modification. You would need to take your existing lower straps from the talons and cut that ring out so you can use the adjustment strap with the webbing notches. This would be reused so that you can attach this to our split ring of the quick connects.
