Shipping Questions
When can I expect my shipment to arrive and what is the cost?
Shipping is free for qualifying purchases; excluding some odd shaped and heavy items. We work hard and ship like crazy Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Most of the packages we ship reach their destination within 2-5 business days. Feel free to select a faster shipping service at checkout if you need your arborist supplies sooner.
We also offer “pick up at warehouse” for local customers or customers that are passing through.
Do you ship international?
We would love to see our service reach all over the globe. We do ship international using a third party shipping service. Using them allows us to offer pricing in you own currency, it includes shipping cost and any additional taxes or duties that may be charged by the country we are shipping to.

If I order today when will my package ship?
If your order is submitted before 4 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, we almost always get it out the door the same day. Orders with splicing may take 24-48 hours or in rare circumstances longer to ship.
Please note certain Holidays or inclement weather may delay shipments.
Does my order qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
Orders over $49 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. There are however exceptions when it comes to heavy and oversized items.
How do I return an item?
For orders for the United States:

The following items may not be returned (with some exceptions): Items over 60 days old, special orders, close-out items, rope or cable sold by the foot, and custom spliced items. Important: We cannot accept returns on used climbing gear and equipment. We carefully inspect returned products. Items that show wear may be returned to you or may be subject to a partial refund.
