Who are you?
I am an arborist from Wisconsin. We at Arbsession, Inc. share your obsession with tree work and tree climbing.  I know how good it feels to make a living doing something you love every day. Our mission is to have your items IN STOCK with FAST SHIPPING. We strive for customer loyalty! The Arbsession team knows we need to earn it first, and we are sure we will after you place that first order.

The big arborist suppliers have poor customer service. They take weeks or even months to ship orders without an apology. Arbsession is the answer to this frustrating problem. Do you offer corporate discounts?

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?
Are you an arborist supply store, chainsaw shop or outdoor power equipment store looking to expand your offering to retail customers? Either way we can offer you wholesale pricing on our entire catalog of products and services.  If you're interested please fill out this form.
How can I get some free stuff?
Place an order with us and we will usually hook you up with a sticker or something cool like that.   Want more?  Leave us a product review for any product on our site that you have used.  As a thank you, we will include a t-shirt with your next order.  In your order comments write SHIRT FOR PRODUCT REVIEW and be sure to tell us your shirt size as well.
How do I return an item?
For orders for the United States: Simply fill out this form and mail it with the item(s) you wish to return to the following address: Arbsession Returns 3100 Market St
Green Bay, WI 54304   For International orders: Go to International Returns.   We do not accept returns after 60 days.  The following items may not be returned (with some exceptions): Items over 60 days old, special orders, close-out items, rope or cable sold by the foot, and custom spliced items. Important: We cannot accept returns on used climbing gear and equipment. We carefully inspect returned products. Items that show wear may be returned to you or may be subject to a partial refund.  
Do you have any discounts?
Yes, you can use the coupon code #arbsessed to receive a discount on your order! This discount can be applied to extra items like carabiners or rope that you might want to add. Please note: Coupon code cannot be used with corporate accounts. Some manufacturers may exclude their products from discounts.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We are temporarily closing our Retail Store and in the meantime will be processing PICK-UP orders only. You are welcome to request an order PICK-UP during our business hours which is Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. This can be done over the phone or processing the order online and requesting PICK-UP at Warehouse. We will contact you when your order is completed and ready for pick up. Is your website secure?
Yes. Arbsession.com is managed by a team of skilled developers whose only goal is to keep the site up, running, and secure for ecommerce. Our payment portal is controlled by Brain Tree Payments which is a PayPal service. 
Will you match a lower price I find elsewhere
Please call/text 920.347.4450 or e-mail info@arbsession.com with the item details and where you found it for less. Screenshots are helpful. In some circumstances, we will permanently lower our retail price to match. Price match is done on an apples to apples comparison (landed price). For example overseas list pricing may not include customs/duties and shipping. The product that you are asking us to match must also be in stock.  Sales, service based items and other special pricing are matched on a case-by-case basis. 
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. 
Do you offer discounts for Davey or Asplundh employees?
Yes.  You are eligible for special employee pricing if you work for Asplundh, Bartlett, Davey, Lewis, Savatree, Townsend, Wright (and even more companies not listed).  Please send an email to Luke@arbsession.com to get signed up for your special pricing.
