For the quik jet air, with a fully charged tank, how many injections will it deliver? Does the air tank come charged to 3000 psi from the manufacturer?

It does depend on the size of the trees. This being said I have easily got a 5 day work week out of a single tank.

The tank doesn't come full due to shipping regulations. Most scuba or paintball shops have the ability to fill the Arborjet tank.
