I have a echo 2511 where I can I get the replacement drive sprocket

You would have to reach out to your local Echo dealer. I have heard that they can be a little difficult to find but they are out there

We are currently working on becoming an Echo dealer ourselves and this will be an item we stock when we get to that point.
