I have a Stihl farm boss. I purchased a roll of chain from you guys and when counting out my drive links (72) I ended on a chisel. Do I first need to remove a driver to end up on one that is not a chisel?

Based on our discussion with our supplier the 72 drive lengths is a perfect sequence. So you shouldn't be ending on a cutter. But based on what you are explaining you might have to take that cutter out and add a link.

Just want to make sure you are counting the parts of the chain that actually ride in the guide bar. Those are the drive lengths.
