Will a pinto pulley pass through the large ring?

Unfortunatly no the DMM Pinto Pulley does not pass through either of the CT Steel Rings (S or L)

The DMM Pinto Pulley will fit through the PenSafe 7600 Steel ring which is the 2 5/16" size with just a little room to spare.
