Will this work on the Stihl MS 194T? If so will 12” work or stay with the 14”.

Based on our understanding the MS 194T is the newer version of the MS 193T

So yes it should fit the Stihl MS 194T. Either the 12" or 14" will work. It just comes down to preference.
